Two meals a day or three? How to choose
The right number of meals depends on your day, not only your goal. A simple way to decide.

Each plan comes in two sizes: two meals a day or three. Neither is the “diet” version. They suit different days, and you can choose which meals you get — two lunches and a dinner, or skip breakfast altogether.
Two meals a day
Two meals suit people who already have a breakfast they like, eat with family in the evening, or simply want lunch and dinner taken care of. It is also the lighter option in calories, which is why it is the starting size on the Weight Loss plan.
Three meals a day
Three meals suit long days and active people: early training, shifts, or simply not wanting to think about food at all. More meals a day also makes it easier to spread protein evenly, which helps if you are training. And the more meals a day you take, the lower the price of each one.
Choose the meals, not just the number
When you order, you pick which meals of the day you want — breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. If two lunches work better for you than lunch and dinner, choose that. The kitchen cooks what you choose, and you can change it later from your account.
