Weekly or monthly: which plan suits you?
Both lengths bring the same food on the same days. Here is what actually changes, and how to choose.

Every Healthy Choice plan comes in two lengths: a week of 6 deliveries, or a month of 26. The meals, the kitchen and the delivery are the same. What changes is how long you commit for and what each meal costs.
The weekly plan: try it first
A week is the easiest way to see whether the portions, the timing and the food suit your routine. You pay for six deliveries, and you decide afterwards whether to carry on. It is also the right choice if your next few weeks are unpredictable — travel, a busy month at work, a new training block.
The monthly plan: the lower price per meal
A month is 26 deliveries. Because you commit for longer, each meal costs less than it does on the weekly plan, and the plan card shows the difference on the Saving line. If you already know you want healthy meals for the month ahead, it is the better value.
Fewer days a week, not fewer meals
On the monthly plan you can choose which days we deliver, down to five a week. That does not shorten what you paid for: the 26 deliveries simply run over a few more weeks, so every delivery you bought still arrives. If you travel, pausing the plan keeps your remaining deliveries for when you are back.
